HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS


Join coach-led live training sessions and compete alongside your company's team, with each company proudly displaying their logos in the leaderboard.

The more active minutes your team logs, the higher your company will climb the rankings.

Engage with colleagues and challenge other companies, fostering team spirit and engagement!

OUTRUN THE COMPETITION
(Live and on-demand)

Participants will get access to two live coaching sessions weekly, plus one on-demand session and ongoing training tips via chat for continuous motivation.

Each week features a 45-minute walk, jog, or run session on Tuesdays, and a strength session along with yoga on Thursdays, also available as recordings to accommodate your team’s schedule.

Every active minute earns points towards your team’s total. For every 10 points earned, Sprintcrowd will remove 1KG of plastic from the ocean, together with The Ocean Cleanup.

The challenge also welcomes family members of employees from participating companies. Stay active in at least one live session weekly to win exclusive prizes, adding fun and incentives to your fitness journey.

Run Connected


The entire challenge is conducted LIVE on the Sprintcrowd platform and app. Our coach will deliver the sessions via live video and audio. Participants can actively engage by using their microphones to ask questions or communicate with the coach through the chat channel.
