This 6-week course provides participants with insights into your team´s personal stress tolerance, both in professional and personal contexts, offering lifelong strategies to enhance their overall quality of life.

The course will be hosted by coach Richard Roberts who is an expert in stress management and wellbeing. He has helped numerous clients to reduce stress and regain control over their wellbeing.

Part 1: The Lecture
  • Learn to manage stress effectively.
  • Understand the importance of breathwork and its mechanics.
  • Explore carbon dioxide tolerance and its relation to the Bohr Effect.
  • Delve into stress and chronic stress management.
  • Discover nervous system regulation and interoception through breathing examples.


Part 2: The 6-Week Breathwork Program
  • Engage in three weekly 15-25 minutes Breathwork sessions.
  • Each week comprises three sessions with four breathing exercises per session.
  • Maintain consistency by allowing at least one day between sessions.
  • Week-by-week progression with advanced movements.
  • Conclude the program with a lung capacity retest and reflection on progress.

Were you aware that a single deep breath can make a significant impact on your life?
Every day is filled with subtle micro-stresses that accumulate so rapidly that we often perceive them as part of our normal daily life. However, these constant micro-stresses quickly fill our daily stress tolerance "glass," leading to prolonged stress that can result in undesired and unhealthy behaviours affecting both our bodies and minds.

In response to the increasing demand on us as individuals, society and at the work-place, we are introducing a stress and breathwork course to empower you with effective tools for managing stress in your everyday lives.

This 6-week course provides participants with insights into stress tolerance, both in professional and personal contexts, offering lifelong strategies to enhance their overall quality of life. Make the shift from "fight or flight" to regaining control over your well-being.

The entire course is conducted live and online. Our coach will deliver the sessions via live video and audio. Participants can actively engage by using their microphones to ask questions or communicate with the coach through the chat channel.
