A coach can create a training program which consists of multiple crowd runs within. The training programme and the crowd runs can be branded with relevant brand images, names and descriptions. a co-host can be added if desired and even play music for the audience.
Logging in:
Log into the control panel with the custom link provided or via admin.sprintcrowd.com/control-panel/login. This will navigate to the control panel, where programmes and events can be created.
Prerequisites:
- Use a Chrome browser for all your sessions.
- Use a headset for a better experience.
- Turn off all computer notifications.
- It is recommended to keep the microphones muted unless you are talking.
- Login 5-10 minutes before the event begins.
- Do not login to the mobile device and computer at the same time with the same account credentials.
- Setup the actual event to the same time frame the event has been scheduled. For instance, if the event is scheduled for 30 minutes, keep the event running for 30 minutes, if not it will be recorded as an incomplete event.
- Run a test event before your first event.

A training programme consists of one or many crowd runs within the programme, whereas a crowd run is an event with unlimited number of participants who can be invited via a custom link. By joining a programme you automatically get access to all the crowd runs within that programme.
Creating a training programme and crowd runs:
Login to the control panel with the link provided or via admin.sprintcrowd.com/control-panel/login. and select “Create Training Program”
Fill in the details of your training programme, then proceed to adding crowd runs under your training programme, and publish the programme.
The published training programme will appear in the control panel under the “Training Programs” tab, and all the crowd runs can be seen under the “Crowd Runs” tab. The custom programme link can be copied and shared with all the participants to join the programme.
The coach/host, co-host and the participants can join the programme with the custom link anytime. However, joining the crowd run is possible only prior to 5 minutes from the start time.
You can enter/start the event by clicking on the “Show” button under the Coach View column in the control panel.
Once the programme begins and users join the crowd run, you (host/co-host) can pass the microphone to any users to interact, or mute yours and all the users microphones as and when needed.
Furthermore, the session can be live streamed, recorded, and if desired, music can be played.
Music can be played during a training session if desired. This currently works only on a Chrome browser.
A streaming service of your choice can be used to play music. However, we recommend Sound Cloud. Here is a link to a sample playlist that you can use if necessary: soundcloud.com/victor-wigelius/sets/move-connected.
On top of the coach view screen, the music bar can be toggled on/off. Once toggled on, there will be a pop-up where you can select a tab in which you prefer to share the music. By clicking on “Share”, the participants will be able to hear the music played.
Tip:
- Mute your microphone when music is played. However, you can always unmute and speak while the music is being played. Check out the video below for better understanding.
- Please ensure that the volume level remains below 40% and pause the music as needed to facilitate conversation.
- To mute a specific participant during an ongoing session, you can locate the individual’s name on the participant list, indicated by a blinking notification, and proceed to disable their microphone. This action helps prevent any unrelated background noise.

To further enhance the user experience, the coach can video stream the session. This helps coaches to provide users with visual demonstrations and instructions for exercises to better understand the fitness routine.
On the coach view screen, head to the “Video Streaming” tab and select “Start live streaming”. The video of the coach will be visible to all the participants who joins the live streaming.
Tips for a great video streaming session:
- Make sure your surrounding is well lit or has good lighting facilities.
- Your background/environment should be clean and organised.
- For better sound quality, a headset is recommended.
When creating a crowd run, the coach may choose to record the session if required. These recorded sessions will be available under the “Past” tab that shows all the past events held.
Click the “View” button for the specific crowd event you need and follow along the training session. The session can be duplicated if needed.
